At Treat Shop, we aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours. But in most cases we dispatch same day or within 24 hours. (not including weekends or public holidays)
We deliver through Malta Post, and shipping charges depending on your order weight and destination country are shown on your cart before confirming your order.
Our liability of any kind for late delivery or failure to deliver is limited to the price payable for the goods not including any postage charge paid. If you are not available to accept delivery and your goods are returned to us, an extra delivery charge may become payable. We will always advise you of this and offer the option of cancellation if deemed appropriate.
Our email contact may be an automated response sent out by our server and we cannot be responsible for non-receipt due to the spam and virus protection in place on some servers.
Risk of damage or loss to the goods passes to you on receipt/delivery or, if you refuse or are unable to accept, when delivery is attempted.

Please note, it is the customer's responsibility for the monitoring of any parcels through local customs and into a local postal network. Treat Shop is not able to make any delivery guarantees once a parcel leaves Malta Post Postal service.
International shipping can be easy and trouble free but occasionally it is complicated by local postal network difficulties in the country to which it is being sent.
However it is impossible for us to guarantee shipping times. The shipping times we give are only estimates. Typically they are accurate but this is not guaranteed and you should understand this fully before placing an order with us. If your package appears to be overdue please contact us and we will do what we can to help. Usually, we can track international packages. The most common causes of an international becoming late are getting through customs or an incomplete mailing address. The heavier the order the more likely it will be searched and therefore held up in customs.
We must wait 30 days from the time of shipment before we can file a claim with Malta Post. Therefore, we reserve the right to not refund or resend an overdue international order until 30 days from the time of shipment. If there is a problem the order will be returned to us before 30 days at which time we will determine the best course of action which will most likely involve re-shipping the goods to you.
